Shipping policy

We ship trading cards to addresses in the United States.

Shipping for singles

• Economy envelope — $1.99: Available for singles orders of $20 or less. Includes limited tracking.
• USPS Ground Advantage tracked parcel — $5.99: Available on orders below $70, including as an upgrade on smaller orders.
• Free USPS Ground Advantage tracked parcel: Included on orders of $70 or more.

These thresholds use your merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and tax. Available options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

Economy envelopes have limited scan updates rather than standard USPS parcel tracking. If your Economy order needs a parcel because of its size or packaging, we’ll upgrade it at no additional shipping charge.

We prepare paid orders for shipment within two business days, excluding weekends and postal holidays. Carrier transit estimates begin after shipment and are separate from our processing time. We will contact you if an issue delays your order.

When your order ships, you will receive the available shipment and tracking details by email.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. For an address change or cancellation request, email support@etigertcg.com promptly with your order number. We will confirm whether the change can be made before shipment.

If your order is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@etigertcg.com so we can help. Keep the cards and packaging while we review the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
